Taking new agency projects · Gujarat, India

JayBhadani

I build web apps
that agencies deliver as their own.

Full-stack .NET and automation developer. I work behind agencies in the US and UK on web apps, .NET backends and APIs, automations and AI agents. Your brand on the front, fixed quote, a preview link every week.

Selected work

Built, shipped, running.

Six projects across web, .NET, automation and AI. Open any card for the full case study: the problem, how it was solved, and what happened.

Client and product code stays private. I'm happy to walk you through any project on a screen-share call.

Services

What you can hand me.

Four kinds of work. If a brief mixes them, one person builds the whole thing, so nothing gets lost between teams.

Websites and web apps

Fast marketing sites, and web apps with logins, dashboards, bookings and payments.

  • Next.js, React, TypeScript
  • Supabase and Postgres
  • Payments and maps
  • SEO and Core Web Vitals

Automation

The repetitive work your clients do by hand, moved onto a schedule.

  • Sheets, CRMs and email
  • WhatsApp and Telegram bots
  • Scheduled cloud jobs
  • Reports that send themselves

AI agents and tools

Agents that research, write, sort and answer, on Claude, Gemini or OpenAI.

  • Multi-agent pipelines
  • Chat on your client's data
  • Tool calling with approvals
  • Cost control and caching

.NET and business systems

C# backends, internal tools, dashboards and reporting that businesses run on.

  • .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#
  • REST APIs and integrations
  • SQL Server design and tuning
  • Azure DevOps pipelines
For agencies

Your brand on the front. Me in the back room.

You sell and manage the client. I build, test and hand over. Your client never hears my name unless you want them to.

01

White-label, under NDA

I sign your NDA before the brief. No credits or links to me in the work.

02

You own everything

Code, repository, accounts and domain go to you or your client at handover.

03

Fixed scope, written quote

Milestones agreed up front. Any change is quoted before work starts.

04

A preview link every week

Real progress on a live URL, so there are no surprises at the deadline.

05

I never contact your client

Everything goes through you, unless you add me to the thread yourself.

06

Fixes after launch

Bugs in my work are fixed free for 30 days after handover.

Live · working hours

New York

My day runs 10:00–23:00 IST. That covers the whole UK working day and the US East Coast morning, so calls happen in your hours.

How a project runs

Brief to handover.

The same four steps for a five-page site or a six-month app.

1DAY 0

Send the brief

A doc, a Loom or a few lines in an email. I reply with questions or a plan within 24 hours.

2DAY 1–2

Written quote

Scope, milestones and dates in writing. Nothing starts until you approve it.

3EVERY WEEK

Build in the open

A preview link and a short written update, in your project tool or mine.

4HANDOVER

Ship and hand over

Deployed to your client's accounts, with the repo, a setup guide and 30 days of fixes.

About me
Tests on the risky parts, a preview you can click every week, and code any developer can pick up after me.

I'm Jay Bhadani, a full-stack developer from Gujarat, India. I've worked on .NET systems inside client teams, and built my own automation and AI tools end to end, from the database to the deployment.

I like the unglamorous parts that decide whether a system survives: guard rails, honest numbers, and jobs that run on a schedule without anyone watching. I use AI coding tools every day, so one developer moves at the speed of a small team.

Questions agencies ask

Before you send a brief.

Can we start with a small paid test project?

Yes, and I recommend it. A landing page or one automation is a good way to see my code, communication and timing before a bigger project.

How do payments work?

Milestone payments, with the schedule and method agreed in the written quote. You get a proper invoice for every payment.

Which tools do you use for communication?

Email, Slack, Google Meet or Zoom, and your project tool: Jira, Linear, Asana, Trello or ClickUp. I fit into your process.

Do you work with WordPress or Shopify?

My main stack is Next.js and React. For WordPress or Shopify work, tell me the scope and I will say honestly whether I am the right fit.

What happens if something breaks after launch?

Bugs in my work are fixed free for 30 days after handover. After that, we agree on ongoing support or I quote each fix separately.
